三维适形放射联合替吉奥治疗术后复发直肠癌患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究三维适形放射联合替吉奥治疗术后复发直肠癌患者的临床效果。方法选择2010年10月~2013年1月我院治疗的复发直肠癌患者134例,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各67例。对照组患者单独采用三维适形放射治疗,治疗组患者采用三维适形放射联合替吉奥共同治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及用药安全性。结果治疗组患者的总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者的1年、2年、3年生存率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者的白细胞减少发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对术后复发直肠癌患者采用三维适形放射联合替吉奥共同治疗能有效的提高疗效,提高1年、2年、3年生存率,降低不良反应率,可作为临床治疗术后复发直肠癌的首选方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of recurrent rectal cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with TIJI＇AO for treatment after operation. Methods 134 cases of recurrent rectal cancer in our hospital from October 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,67 cases in each group. The control group patients individually using three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,the treatment group were treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegafur common treatment. Therapeutic effects and drug safety were observed. Results The total effective rate and disease control rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The 1 year,2 year,3 year survival rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment group patients with leucopenia was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative recurrence of rectal cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegafur common therapy can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the 1 year,2 years,3 years survival rate,reduce the rate of adverse reactions,as the preferred method of recurrence of rectal cancer after operation.
