摘 要:目的探讨MCRS1、MCRS2表达情况与食管癌关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测食管癌患者组织中MCRS1、MCRS2的表达,判定MCRS1、MCRS2的表达与食管癌等临床病理学特征的关系。结果 MCRS1、MCRS2在食管癌细胞中高表达,且高于癌旁组织;MCRS1、MCRS2随着浸润深度的增加,表达增强;MCRS1、MCRS2癌组织分化程度上的表达呈现为肿瘤的分化程度越低,表达越强(P<0.05);MCRS1、MCRS2的表达与食管癌淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 MCRS1、MCRS2在食管癌中存在高表达,且与肿瘤侵袭强度有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MCRS1,MCRS2 and esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MCRS1 and MCRS2 in the tissues of esophageal cancer patients,and to determine the relationship between the expression of MCRS1 and MCRS2,and the clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer. Results MCRS1,MCRS2 in esophageal carcinoma cells had higher expression than that in paracancerous tissues. MCRS1,MCRS2 interacted with increase of the depth of invasion,and the expression enhanced. MCRS1,MCRS2 of cancer differentiation degree of expression showed lower the degree of tumor differentiation,more obvious expression(P〈0.05). The expression of MCRS2 and MCRS1 was not related to lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer(P〈0.05). Conclusion MCRS2 and MCRS1 are highly expressed in esophageal cancer,and are related to the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
