云南三县职业人群嗜肺军团菌感染的调查分析

摘　　要：应用微量凝集试验（ＭＡＴ）对云南省耿马、盈江及华坪三个县的健康职业人群进行嗜肺军团菌三个型（ＬＰ１，ＬＰ３，ＬＰ６）的血清流行病学调查，结果三个县的健康职业人群均存在不同程度的嗜肺军团菌感染，其中以ＬＰ６型抗体阳性率最高，其次为ＬＰ３型及ＬＰ１型。不同性别（ｔ＝０．０３５７，Ｐ＞０．０５）和职业组（Ｘ２＝１０．３７，Ｐ＞０．０１）间无显著性差异，而不同年龄组间却有显著性差异（Ｘ２＝１５．７３，Ｐ＜０．０１），以２０岁以下年龄组抗体阳性率高。此外，职业人群感染与从业时间长短关系不大。据报道及本次对盈江县家畜所作调查，说明三个县ＬＰ１，ＬＰ３，ＬＰ６型的贮存宿主为多宿主型。Serological survey of Legionella pneumophila (Lp), three types(Lp1, Lp3, Lp6), on the healthy professional personnel was performed by microagglutination test(MAT) in Gengma,Yinjiang and Huaping counties of Yunnan province . The result shows that there is infection of Legionella pneumophila in the healthy professional personnel in three Counties in various degrees.The positive rate of Lp6 antibody was higher than that of Lp1 and Lp3 type. There are no differences between sex groups(t=0. 0357,P>0. 05) or occupational groups(X2=10. 37,P>0. 01), but there are obvious differences between age groups(X2=15. 73, P>0.01), in which the highest positive rate is in the group under twenty. In addition,there is no relation between infection and occupational time.
