云南省人间布鲁氏菌病的现状调查分析

摘　　要：１９９０年－１９９２年对我省１０９个县（市）进行人间布鲁氏菌病血清流行病学调查，结果：共检查３５７７２人，检出阳性３３９人，阳性率为０．９５％；患病９７人，患病率为０．２７％。其职业间的阳性率和患病率差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００５），多见于放牧、兽医、饲养、屠宰及皮毛加工等行业；性别、年龄组间阳性率差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）血清阳性率与从业时间显示１～５年最高，其差异显著。Brucella sero-epidemiological investigation in human was performed in 109 counties(cities)of Yunnan between 1990 and 1992 with 35722 people. The results showed that brucella serological reaction in 339 cases was positive(0.95%),in which 97 cases was diagnosed as brucellosis (0.27%). positive and morbidity rate is higher in those who are pastoralist, veterinarian,breeder, butcher and worker of fur processing, especially in those who had worked for 1 to 5 years.
