摘　　要：提出一种基于多色集合理论的模块化工业机器人组合建模研究方法,研究了模块化机器人的形式化方法,在多色集合理论的元素、统一颜色、个人颜色以及多色图等概念的基础下,建立了模块化工业机器人功能模型、方案元库和推理矩阵,实现了从产品初始功能需求到方案元表示的原始方案集的形式化推理过程。每一类的模块,都可以设计成为不同数值的尺寸和类型,这些不同类型和尺寸的模块构成一个模块库,基于多色集合理论建立的模块库易于形式化描述和推理,推动了方案创新和候选机构型的自动生成。Put forward a kind of industrial robot based on polychromatic sets theory of modularization combination modeling methods,the formalized method of modular robot is studied, on the elements of polychromatic sets theory, unified color and individual color and multicolor figure under the basis of the concept of modular function model of the industrial robot,scheme is built libraries and reasoning matrix,has realized from the initial product function requirements to plan elements aid the original set of formal reasoning process. Every kind of module,can design become the size and type of different values,the modules of the different type and size a module library,module library based on polychromatic sets theory,easy to formalization description and reasoning,promoted the innovation and the candidate institutions automatically generated.
