摘 要:文章结合钢铁行业自身高能耗高排放现状,设计了一种面向钢铁产品生命周期过程,包含目标层、策略层、生命周期层、支撑层四层结构的钢铁供应链碳排放控制模式;并选取碳排放、时间、成本以及工艺技术4个主要指标作为钢铁供应链碳排放控制模式评价模型的决策目标,建立钢铁供应链碳排放控制模式层次评价结构模型;对湘钢供应链碳排放控制模式应用效果进行评价,并提出相关控制策略。In this paper,A life cycle process catering to iron and steel products had been designed,which includes the overall framework of the iron and steel supply chain control mode of carbon emission with four-story structure,such as the goal layer,strategy layer,the life cycle layer and support layer,combining the current situation of high energy consumption and high-emission of iron and steel industry.Hierarchy evaluation model of the control of carbon emissions in iron and steel supply chain was also established by choosing four major targets of carbon emissions,time,cost and technology as the decision-making objectives.The study on the case of Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd(abbreviated Xiang Gang)was conducted with the purposes of evaluating the results by measuring carbon emissions of the supply chain in the company.
