经络穴位刺青足三里对大鼠末梢白细胞影响随机平行对照研究  

Effect of Main and Collateral Channels Acupuncture Tattoo at Zusanli on The Peripheral White Blood Cells of Rats Randomized Controlled Study

摘　　要：[目的]观测经络穴位刺青足三里对大鼠末梢白细胞影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,15只Wistar大鼠喂养3d,称重后使用随机数字表法分为3组,对照组、针刺组、刺青组,5只/组。刺青组:经络穴位刺青足三里;针刺组:针刺足三里,留针30min;对照组:同等条件下刺青针点刺足三里10min。观测末梢血白细胞计数。[结果]大鼠末梢血白细胞计数针刺组、刺青组均大于对照组(P<0.01),针刺组低于刺青组(P<0.01)。[结论]经络穴位刺青可使大鼠末梢血白细胞数量增加,为进一步研究提供依据与思路。[Objective] Observation on effect of Zusanli main and collateral channels acupuncture tattoo on peripheral white blood cells of rats.[Methods]Using a randomized parallel control method,15 rats were fed 3 days.They were divided into control group,acupuncture group and tattoo group,a total of 3 groups,5 rats in each group after weighing with random number table method.tattoo group：main and collateral channels acupuncture tattoo Zusanli;acupuncture group：acupuncture Zusanli,needle retention 30min;control group：fast insertion at Zusanli by Tattoo needle for 10 min on equal conditions.Count peripheral white blood cells.[Results]Count peripheral white blood cells：compared with the control group,acupuncture group and tattoo group were higher than it（P〈0.01）.Then acupuncture group was lower than tattoo group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusions]Main and collateral channels acupuncture tattoo could make the peripheral white blood cells of rats higher.The experiment provided the basis and ideas for further studies.
