摘　　要：中风单纯体针治疗,具有一定局限性,难以收获满意疗效;眼针可弥补体针的局限性,眼针留针联合康复训练除针刺疗效外,可主动或被动促进患肢运动,以动为用、以动求动,优势互补,针对中风,中风后抑郁、痉挛及疼痛疗效显著,可能与改善脑血流量及脑神经系统有关,未来值得深入研究。Treatment of stroke with simple body acupuncture has certain limitations,it is difficult to gain satisfactory curative effect.Eye acupuncture can compensate for the limitations of body acupuncture,eye acupuncture with rehabilitation training in addition to the effects of acupuncture,but also can be active or passive to promote the affected limb movement,to move for use,to move,the advantages of complementary.It has significant effect on the treatment of stroke,depression,spasm and pain after stroke,the mechanism may be related to the improvement of cerebral blood flow and cerebral nervous system,it is worth further research in the future.
