摘　　要：诊断牙周疾病的传统方法，包括临床指标的检查和生化指标的检测。生化指标可以弥补临床指标检查的低敏感性。检测龈沟液中的弹性蛋白酶，可以早期发现并诊断牙周炎。本文综述了龈沟液中的弹性蛋白酶与牙周炎的诊断关系。The traditional method of diagnosis of periodontal disease, including clinical index of examination and biochemical indicators of detection. Biochemical indicators can make up for low sensitivity of clinical indicators to check. Detection of gingival sulcus of elastase, liquid can be early detection and diagnosis of periodontitis. This paper reviews the gingival sulcus elastase in the liquid and the diagnosis of periodontitis.
