摘  要:目的从消费者观点分析"奶粉进药店"新渠道的发展前景及所面临问题。方法采用现场调查统计的方法,针对消费者的购买奶粉习惯、选购奶粉考虑因素及对药店奶粉ATM机便利度等问题进行调查,采用excel软件分析结果。结果被调查消费者在超市商场、母婴店购买奶粉和网购、港澳及海外代购占总调查人数的96%,78.5%的消费者关注的选购奶粉考虑因素是奶源的安全问题,即使药店奶粉价格比超市略高也还是有一半人愿意到药店购买,同时药店奶粉ATM机也不被大多数消费者接受。结论消费者的消费习惯短时间内很难改变、而奶粉奶源安全问题对相关企业、相关监管部门的监控提高了要求,药店奶粉价格并不是影响"奶粉进药店"发展的重要因素。Objective Analyse the "Milk Powder into Pharmacy" prospect and development problems from aconsumer point of view. Methods Using the field investigation to study the consumer buying habits,considerations of choosing milk powder formular and the convenience of ATM in pharmacy, results are analyzedby excel software. Results 96% of consumers who were investigated were purchasing milk powder fromsupermarket shopping malls, maternal and child stores and online shopping, Hong Kong and Macao and overseaspurchasing agent. 78.5% of consumers put the source of milk powder as first consideration, even if the price ishigher than the supermarket still half people are willing to buy from the pharmacy, and the ATM machine in thepharmacy is not accepted by most consumers. Conclusion Consumption habits of consumer is very difficult tochange in a short period of time, relative regulatory monitoring authorities improve the requirements on thesource of milk powder. Price is not the important factors influencing the development of "Milk Powder intoPharmacy"
