摘 要:应力波反射法检测锚杆质量时,锚杆的长度参数是评价其质量问题的重要指标,但由于人为因素、仪器自身和外界环境的干扰,采集到的信号含有大量噪声,使得首波时刻和反射波时刻的确定产生偏差,进而使得锚杆长度的计算有很大误差。针对锚杆信号存在的噪声问题,本文提出一种谐波小波包变换的方法来消除信号的噪声,以此来提高锚杆长度计算的准确性。为了说明算法的可行性和方便信号的分析,本文选取裸锚杆来进行数据采集。与传统的小波去噪方法相比较,该方法的检测精度有了较大提高。The length of anchor is the key indicator when using stress wave reflection method to detect anchoring quality. The collected signal contians much noise due to human factors,interference instrument itself and the external environment,which leads to an error between the time of the the first wave and the reflected wave,and the error further leads to anchor error for calculation for anchor length. A method of harmonic wavelet packet transform to eliminate the noise signal is proposed in this paper to improve the accuracy of the calculated bolt length. Using bare anchor for data collection, the results of experiment show that the detection precision of this method is better than that of traditional method based on wavelet theory.
