摘　　要：针对平兴高速公路建设项目线路长、工地情况复杂、参与单位众多等特点,研究了一种结合固定监控和移动互联访问的视频监控管理系统。整个系统分为前端监控子系统、传输网络和视频监控中心后台系统,采用分级监控机制。系统能管理各种报警事件及联动处理。在实际应用中取得良好效果,可供广东省高速公路建设项目参考借鉴。Regarding the characteristics of long work line, complicate field condition and multi-participate unitfor freeway construction, a video monitoring system combining fixed location monitoring and mobile browsing hasbeer, worked out. The entire system includes the front-side monitoring sub-system, information transfer networksub-system and video monitoring center backstage sub-system which adopting hierarchy monitoring mechanism.Besides, the system is able to handle all kinds of warning and corresponding union treatment. Good performancehas been achieved in field application which could provide references for freeway construction in GuangdongProvince.
