应用美容外科技术切除乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：分析美容外科技术在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法：分析我院治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤141例临床资料,将应用美容技术切除者75例设为观察组,经传统方法切除者66例设为对照组。随访记录两组患者术后6个月时的瘢痕宽度、突出程度、瘙痒情况、患者满意度等。应用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果：两组术后6个月时瘢痕宽度、突出程度、患者满意度等方面比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组瘙痒情况比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访6个月~3年,彩超检查两组患者均无肿瘤复发。结论：应用美容外科技术进行乳腺良性肿瘤切除可降低切口瘢痕的增生程度,减轻瘙痒,提高患者满意度,具有较好的美容效果。Objective To analyze effects of cosmetic surgery on excising benign breast tumor. Methods： 141 cases of breast benign tumorin our hospital were analyzed. 75 cases in the observation group took cosmetic surgery, and 66 cases in the control group were given the traditionalmethod. Scar width and height, itching conditions and patient satisfaction in two groups were recorded in 6 months, and statistically analyzedby SPSS13.0. Results： Scar width and height, patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The difference was statistically significant in itching conditions（P〈0.05）. Tumor of patientshad no recurrence in two groups by color doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion： Excising benign breast tumor by cosmetic surgery can reduce theincision scar hyperplasia, relieve itching and improve patient satisfaction, and has a good cosmetic effect.
