摘　　要：脑血管微栓子清除新机制——脑血管微栓子外渗作用的发现被美国心脏学会和卒中学会评为2010年卒中领域的十大研究进展之一,说明微栓子清除机制的研究已成为目前该领域的研究前沿。它揭示了脑血管保持畅通的新机制:未能溶解的微栓子经血管壁被排出到周围组织,形成新的血管再通和血流重建,从而保持脑血管的血流畅通,促进卒中的恢复。中医药在卒中的防治方面取得了很好的疗效。中医学的"血脉理论"涵盖了微栓子产生、转运与清除的过程。然而,"血脉"在微栓子清除机制中是如何发挥作用的?如何从"血脉"的角度深入的认识微栓子的产生与清除,从而达到预防和治疗缺血性卒中的目的,这是值得深入思考和研究的问题。本文从中医"血脉理论"立论探讨脑血管微栓子的产生与清除。New mechanism of cerebrovascular microembolus clearance— the finding of cerebrovascular microembolus extravasation was chosen as one of the 10 major research progresses in the field of stroke in 2010 by the American Heart Association and Stroke Association. The mechanism of microembolus clearance has become research hotspot nowadays. It revealed a new mechanism of keeping unblocked cerebral blood vessel： undissolved microembolus were discharged into the surrounding tissues through the vessel wall, and new blood vessels and blood flow reconstruction were formed, so as to keep the blood flow of cerebral blood vessels, promoted the recovery of stroke. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has achieved good effect in the prevention and treatment of stroke. The TCM ＂blood vessel theory＂ covers the generating, transporting and removing process of microembolus. However, how does ＂blood vessel＂ play the role in the microembolus clearance？ How to understand the production and clearance of microembolus from the perspective of ＂blood vessel＂ in order to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke？ It is worth thinking and studying deeply. This paper explored the production and clearance of cerebrovascular microembolus based on TCM ＂blood vessel theory＂.
