摘 要:目的:探讨超声骨刀在上颌窦底内提升术中应用的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年3月于温州医科大学附属口腔医院就诊需行上颌窦底内提升术的种植患者52例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用超声骨刀行上颌窦底内提升术,对照组采用Summers’技术行上颌窦底内提升术。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价患者术中的感受,比较2组上颌窦底黏膜穿孔率、窦底提升高度的差别。结果:试验组术中舒适度评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组上颌窦底黏膜穿孔率(为3.85%)低于对照组(为7.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组上颌窦底提升高度略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声骨刀在上颌窦底内提升术中安全可靠,且与Summers’技术相比,能够明显降低患者术中不适感,改善患者就诊体验。Objective: To investigate the application effect of piezosurgery in transcrestal maxillary sinus augmentation(TMSA). Methods: Fifty-two patients need TMSA instomatology of Wenzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The piezosurgery was used in the experimental group for TMSA and the Summers' technology was used in the control group for TMSA. The feeling of treatment was analyzed by visual analog scale(VAS), and then the differences in the perforation rate of maxillary sinus membrane and the height of lifting were analyzed with SPSS17.0 software. Results: A signifi cant lower VAS score was found in the experimental group, compared with the control group(P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the perforation rate of maxillary sinus membrane of experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). However, the difference of the height of lifting in the two groups was not signifi cant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of pizeosurgery is safe and reliable in TMSA. Compared with the Summers' technology, the pizeosurgery can reduce discomfort feeling, and improve the treatment experience of patients.
