摘 要:针对刚性基层沥青路面结构的特点和现有研究的不足,运用损伤力学理论和数值仿真法,并结合对实体工程的观测,研究刚性基层沥青路面沥青层的破坏行为与机理。研究结果表明:刚性基层沥青路面的车辙深度随荷载作用次数的增加而增加,但增加幅度随作用次数的增加不断减小,且车辙深度比其他路面结构的小;在沥青层表面以下1/5厚度左右处及接缝附近的沥青层底面易出现剪切疲劳损伤,建议沥青层的厚度不宜太薄,应在接缝处采取一定的抗裂措施。沥青层的纵向裂缝主要集中在行车道轮迹带附近,部分横向裂缝也仅从表面向下延伸2cm左右,这些裂缝均为Top-Down裂缝。连续配筋混凝土板上沥青层有少量反射裂缝和Top-Down裂缝,要严格控制钢筋埋置深度处缝隙的宽度。Based on the structure characteristics and the deficiencies of the existing studies of rigid base asphalt pavement, the theories of damage mechanics and simulation method were used to analyze the damage behavior and mechanism of the rigid base asphalt pavement, and the entity engineerings were observed and analyzed. The results show that the rutting deformation of rigid base asphalt pavement increases with the increase of load times, but the increase amplitude decreases continuously, and the rutting deformation is smaller than that of other structure. The asphalt layer of which is below the surface about 1/5 thickness and the bottom surface at the joint are prone to shear fatigue damage. It is recommended that the thickness of asphalt layer should not be too thin and should take certain anti-crack measures at the joints. Longitudinal cracks of asphalt layer are mainly nearby the wheel track of traffic lane, some transverse cracks also extend only from the surface down about 2 cm, and these cracks are Top-Down cracks. There are small amounts of reflection cracks and Top-Down cracks in the asphalt layer overlay on continuously reinforced concrete slab, and the crack width at the embedment depth of steel should be controlled strictly.
