摘　　要：本文以国家教师科研基金十二五规划重点课题的子课题为研究背景,研究教师如何提高有效技能以适应飞速发展的信息技术和教学要求。以天津天狮学院为研究基地,运用计算机网络、多媒体技术以及丰富的教育资源库,结合多种研究方法探索适用于学校的现代教育技术,提高教师对教育过程和教育资源进行设计、使用和管理的能力,更好的从事教育教学工作,信息技术与教师有效技能的综合研究要求教师把信息技术作为获取信息、解决问题的认知工具,可以优化教学过程,达到信息技术与学科教育的有机整合,真正发挥信息技术对教育的变革性推动作用。Based on the sub topics of the key subjects of National Teacher Research Fund in 12 th Five-Year, this paper studies how to improve the effective skills to adapt to the rapid development of information technology and teaching requirements. This paper takes Tianjin Tianshi College as the research base, uses computer network, multimedia technology and the rich educational resources library and combines with a variety of research methods to explore the modern educational technology for the school and improve the teachers＇ ability for designing, using and managing the educational process and educational resources and meke them better engage in education and teaching. The comprehensive research on the information technology and the effective skills of teachers requires teachers to take information technology as the cognitive tool to get information and solve problems. It can optimize the process of teaching, achieve the organic integration of information technology and discipline education, really plays the role of information technology in promoting the education reform.
