摘  要:目的:探讨影响健康体检人群肝脏受控衰减参数变化的相关因素.方法:对2014-05/2015-07于青岛大学附属医院查体中心进行健康查体的664例体检者进行Fibrotouch检测并记录肝脏受控衰减参数(controlled attenuation parameters,CAP),并获取体检者人体学[年龄、性别、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)]、血清学(肝功、血糖、血脂等)指标及超声诊断脂肪肝分级结果,进行多元线性回归分析,建立回归方程.结果:多元线性回归分析显示,CAP值与超声诊断脂肪肝分级结果、BMI及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)呈显著性相关(F=228.89,P<0.0001),其标准回归系数分别为:超声诊断脂肪肝分级结果,β=0.55,P<0.0001,BMI:β=0.31,P<0.0001;ALT:β=0.08,P=0.0279.通过多元回归分析建立的模型为CAP=118.0044+17.2832×超声诊断脂肪肝分级结果+3.3909×BMI+0.1919×ALT,该回归模型决定系数为R^2=0.6669,校正决定系数为R^2_(Adj)=0.6640.结论:健康体检人群肝脏CAP值受肝脏超声诊断脂肪肝分级结果、BMI值及ALT值的影响.AIM:To explore the factors infl uencing controlled attenuation parameter(CAP) obtained by FibroTouch in the general population.METHODS:This study recruited 664 healthy individuals,and CAP measurement was conducted by Fibrotouch examination.Blood lipids,blood biochemical indexes,the classifi cation results of fatty liver by ultrasound,gender,age and body mass index(BMI) were assessed.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Multiple liner regression analysis showed that CAP value was significantly correlated with the classification results of fatty liver by ultrasound,BMI and alanine transaminase(ALT)(F=228.89,P0.0001;standard regression coefficient of the classifi cation results of fatty liver by ultrasound,β=0.55,P 〈0.0001;of BMI,β=0.31,P0.0001;of ALT,β=0.08,P=0.0279),and the regression equation established after multiple linear regression analysis was CAP=118.0044+17.2832×the classifi cation results of fatty liver by ultrasound+3.3909×BMI+0.1919×ALT.CONCLUSION:CAP value might be affected by BMI,the classifi cation results of fatty liver by ultrasound and serum ALT levels in the general population.
