摘　　要：目的探讨移动智能手持终端ipad在护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法 2014-06月科室制定护理教学查房计划与主题,每周一组织一次护理教学查房,以一病区、二病区为对照组,采用传统床边护理教学查房模式,三病区、观察室为观察组,将移动智能手持终端ipad应用于床边护理教学查房中,查房结束后发放问卷,调查护士、患者及家属相关理论知识掌握情况和满意度。结果观察组护理人员、患者及家属对疾病相关理论知识的掌握程度、满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学查房中应用移动智能手持终端ipad,实时信息、图文并茂、贴近患者,有效确保了查房质量,提高患者满意度,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile intelligent handheld device ipad in nursing teaching round.Methods Nursing teaching ward-round plans and themes in June 2014 were established.A nursing teaching ward-round was organized on each Monday.Four wards were divided into control group（WardⅠandⅡ）accepted traditional teaching round and observation group（WardⅢand observation room）using mobile intelligent handheld device ipad in nursing teaching round respectively.The degrees of knowledge mastering and satisfaction of nurses of the patients and their families were surveyed.Results The degree of knowledge mastering and satisfaction of nurses of the patients and their families on the observation group were significantly higher than those on the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe application of mobile intelligent handheld device ipad in nursing teaching round can reflect real-time information,is illustrated and close to the patients,effectively ensures the quality of nursing teaching round and improves the patients＇ satisfaction degree which is worthy of further promotion.
