摘 要:利用氧化玉米淀粉交联明胶,制备了氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料。研究了不同反应条件对复合材料吸水性能的影响。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱学(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫瞄电镜(SEM)表征手段,对复合材料的化学组成、微观形貌、晶粒尺寸等进行了分析。结果表明:制备的氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料能形成稳定的希夫碱结构,具备均匀非晶型多孔结构,具有吸水保水性能,可用作吸水保水材料;氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料的吸水倍率,随氧化玉米淀粉与明胶反应质量比的增加而先增加后降低,随反应温度的增加而增加,随反应p H值的提高而先增加后降低。当氧化玉米淀粉/明胶质量比0.3、p H=4、温度90℃、明胶溶液质量分数为5%时,氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料的吸水倍率可达到11.76。By the cross - linking reaction of oxidized corn starch and gelatin, oxidized corn starch/gelatin composite material was prepared. The water absorption capacity of oxidized corn starch/gelatin was researched under different reaction conditions. The chemical composition and microstructure of composite were analyzed by FT - IR, XRD and SEM. The results show that the pre- pared oxidized corn starch/gelatin mainly forms Schiff base structure and has porous structure, which indicates it can be used as one water absorption material. It also demonstrates, with the increasing of the quality ratio of oxidized corn starch and gelatin, reac- tion pH, water absorption capacity improves firstly and then decreases, and with the improvement of reaction temperature, water ab- sorption capacity reduces. When the reaction conditions meet with quality ratio of the oxidized corn starch and gelatin 0. 3, pH 4, reaction temperature 90% ,the water absorption rate of oxidized corn starch/gelatin composites can reach 11.76.
