高职商务英语专业人才需求调研分析——基于用人单位的视角

摘　　要：本文从用人单位的视角,通过问卷调查、走访等多种形式,采集高职商务英语专业人才需求的各项数据。研究通过分析与比较调查结果发现,高职商务英语毕业生就业前景美好,对于民营企业而言,高职高专商务英语专业毕业生是其每年补充新员工渠道的首选,在用人时他们更看重毕业生的专业综合能力。这些为高职商务英语专业在课程设置方面以及为高职院校培养出当今企业所需要的人才提供了参考意见。This Report collects data about the demand of business English graduates from Junior College through questionnaire study and interview by the view of employer. By analyzing the results of study, we find that there are bright prospects for business English graduates from Junior College. When the private enterprises are recruiting employee, business English graduates are their first choice. For the private enterprises employer, they think a lot of special comprehensive ability of the business English graduates, all of which, provide advise for the junior college to design curriculum and cultivate talents what the enterprises need nowadays.
