水性涂料成膜关键技术研究——以在家具中应用为例

摘　　要：本文通过控制单一变量法研究双组份水性聚氨酯[1-2]干燥成膜的最佳温度和最佳湿度。从温度、湿度等水性涂料关键成膜的参数研究水性涂料在普通家具生产企业中的应用,从而获取水性涂料在家具中所需要的各个品类的工艺参数。On the basis of single factor experiments, this paper studies the best drying film-formation temperature and humidity of twocomponent waterborne polyurethane. From the key film-formation factors of temperature, humidity and ventilation, waterborne coating was studied to apply in ordinary furniture, thus to obtain varying technical parameters of waterborne coating in different categories of furniture.
