摘 要:街道同时具有基础设施和社会属性,文章通过梳理街道在城市历史中的发展过程及其在机动车时代面临的主要问题,认为街道的双重属性是可以调和的,其核心是寻找以城市活力注入为目标的街道模式语言。传统的基于"主干性"与道路分级理论的研究和规划框架,面临着来自于系统学、分形学、拓扑学的挑战和补充,从而向本体拓展、目标转变、方法革新和途径转变四方面发展。基于此,文章认为以活力注入为目标的城市设计应在三个层面("线"、"点"、"面")上展开,并对相应实践案例进行评述。This paper elaborates the history of street and the main challenges it has confronted in Motor Age, based on the standpoint that streets in a city must serve both infrastructural and social purposes. It argues that the dual purpose which came to conflict in Motor Age is reconcilable with a new street network in which vitality enhancement is pursued. The theory based on Arteriality and Road Hierarchy is currently severely challenged and complemented by inputs from Systematics, Fractal Theory and Topology. This paper states that the further development of research on street will exhibit 4 main trends: enlarged research object, renewed research target, evolved research instrument and renewed implementation methodology. Based on this statement, this paper points out that the urban design of street, in which urban vitality enhancement is pursued, shall be promoted on three levels. Corresponding practices and their effects are introduced and evaluated.
