摘　　要：文章简要回顾了中国近代建筑史研究的发展历程,通过1980年前后出生的新生代学人近年来对这个领域研究的特征,讨论中国近现代建筑史研究的史料、方法和理论间的关系,并列举了有关理论建构探索的研究课题,提出积累案例和爬梳史料的同时,进行理论建构的探索是本领域研究,深入发展的大势所趋。This paper briefly reviews the emergence and development of modern Chinese architectural history（1840-1949）,and ventures at identifying the characteristics of emerging China-based scholars in this field,revealing relations of materials,methodologies and theory building.It lists ten possible directions for theoretical explorations,and considers theoretical breakthrough on the basis of accumulation of solid historical materials and extensive field work as the prospective trend of the field.
