摘  要:中国拥有博大精深的文化底蕴,广袤的地域决定了饮食文化的不同,从而导致在食物原料、加工方式上存在区别,使得饮食文化在橱柜设计的考虑因素中变得越发重要,尤其是我国独特的面食饮食习惯,在当今橱柜设计中有着较大的发展空间。文章通过对于典型面食地区山西临汾的20户厨房的实地调研,分析了面食饮食习惯地区橱柜的现状与不足之处,论述了当地人们对于橱柜的操作与功能方面的需求,并结合实际情况提出了三点改进的建议;希望能帮助设计者们更好地完善橱柜设计体系,满足面食饮食习惯人群对于橱柜的需求。Because of the long history and profound traditional culture of China, vast territory leads to different eating habits and makes the food materials and processing methods different.As a result, high attention should be paid to food culture when designing kitchen cabinets,especially for Chinese unique cooked wheaten food which has much room for further development. By investigation of 20 kitchens in typical cooked wheaten food area of Linfen Shanxi province, the paper analyzes the current situation and some deficiencies, points out the operating and functional requirements of local people and proposes three suggestions for improvement according to the actual situation; It can also help designers optimize the design system of kitchen cabinet to meet the needs of local people who are accustomed to cooked wheaten foods.
