配伍生姜对马钱子毒性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究配伍生姜对马钱子毒性的影响。方法 :观察配伍生姜对不同浓度马钱子致小鼠死亡率、脏器质量和脏器系数以及连续给药10 d对肝肾形态的影响。结果:结果表明,配伍生姜可以降低马钱子所致的小鼠死亡率,稳定脏器系数,显著改善单用制马钱子所致的肝细胞水肿、脂肪变性与炎症细胞的浸润,对肾细胞在该段时间内影响较小。结论:提示配伍生姜具有制约马钱子毒性影响的作用。Objective：To study the influence on the toxicity of nux vomica seed by raw ginger. Method：The death rate ,organ weight and organ coefficients and morphological changes in liver and kidney of the mice after 10 days administration of nux vomica seed of different concentration combined with raw ginger were observed. Results：Raw ginger could reduce the mouse death rate,stabilize the organ coefficients,and significantly relive the hepatic cellular swelling,adipose degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion： Raw ginger could reduce the toxicity of nux vomica seed.
