摘 要:目的探讨军队医院手术室非现役文职男护士离职原因,为相关部门对非现役文职男护士的管理提供参考。方法采取质性研究的现象学方法,对离职的11名手术室非现役男护士进行深入访谈,将获得的资料进行整理、分析。结果职业认同感低、缺乏科学的职业规划,缺乏归属感和成就感,薪酬、福利待遇不满意,以及压力大、晋升难是导致手术室非现役男护士离职的主要原因。结论合理有效的应对措施能有效降低男护士的离职意愿。Objective To investigate the reasons of leaving the non-active civilian male nurses in the operation room of military hospital,and provide reference for the relevant departments of the management of non-active civilian male nurses. Methods Phenomenological method of qualitative research,in depth interviews with 11 non active male nurses in the operation room. And then obtain the information to carry on the reorganization,the analysis. Results Low professional identity,lack of scientific career planning,a sense of belonging and a sense of accomplishment,welfare is not satisfied,high Pressure,promotion is difficult is the main reason of the leaving for the non-active civilian male nurses in the operation room in the military hospital. Conclusion Make reasonable and effective measures to reduce male nurses turn over intention.
