摘 要:我院伤口造口护理团队以培育特色、科学研究、构建品牌、基地建设和人才建设为主线,构建与应用"4+1"模式为团队成员搭建自我发展平台,全方位地提升了团队成员的专科护理能力、教育科研能力、组织领导能力。该模式在我院的成功运用,为目前专科护士的培养和应用提供了可借鉴的经验。The primary focus of our wound care team is nurture characteristics, scientific research, featured brands, and team building. "4+1" model created platform for team members fulfill goals, promoted team members ability of specialized care, education and scientific research ability, and leadership skills. The successful use of this model in our hospital provided references for the current specialist nurse training and application. It also has significance to the development of specialized nursing care.
