摘  要:目的:调查骨科护士行为目标达成度及工作投入现状,并分析其行为目标达成度对工作投入的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取温州市3所三级甲等医院的222名骨科护士进行问卷调查。结果:骨科护士行为目标达成度总分为(162.7±18.8)分,工作投入总分为(50.3±14.8)分。相关分析显示,骨科护士行为目标达成度与其工作投入度呈正相关。回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,自主决策、开放性交流、促进患者理解参与共能解释骨科护士工作投入总变异的28.7%。结论:临床管理者应根据骨科护士行为目标达成度中的不足之处,制订针对性的干预措施,改善骨科护士的工作投入。Objective: To determine the impact of nurse's performance for goal attainment on work engagement among orthopedic nurses. Methods: A total of 222 orthopedic nurses were recruited from three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Wenzhou by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with the Nurse's Performance for Goal Attainment Scale (NPGA) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Results: The total score of NPGA in orthopedic nurses was (162.74-18.8) and the total score of UWES in orthopedic nurses was (50.3-14.8). There was a significant positive correlation between the score of NPGA and the score of UWES. The resuks of hierarchical regression analysis showed that the dimensions of independent decisions, promote patients' understanding and participation, and open-mind communication in the NPGA could independently explain 28.7% of the variance of work engagement after controlling demographic variables. Conclusion: Clinical managers should pay more attention to orthopedic nurses' performance for goal attainment, and take effective measures to improve their work engagement.
