摘　　要：国家大力发展文化产业的战略,对高校艺术类人才的创新能力提出了较高的要求,现有的艺术类研究生培养模式难以满足这一需要。本文从艺术类人才培养的特点出发,指出研究生工作站的设立在一定程度上弥补了这种缺陷。论文总结了校-站合作的人才培养路径的优势和实践效果,分析了目前研究生工作站运行中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。As a national development strategy,vigorously developing the cultural industry puts forward higher request on the innovation ability of arts talents in universities. Existing cultivation model of arts graduate cannot meet this need. Based on the characteristics of arts talent training,this paper points out that the establishment of graduate workshop to some degrees makes up for the defect. Meanwhile,it summarizes the practice effect of the schema of talent cultivation on account of the cooperation between university and workshop,and analyzes some problems and countermeasures of the operation in station at present.
