摘 要:空气压缩机是纺织厂重要的动力源,也是耗电量较大的设备,故对空气压缩机系统采取节能措施降低能耗具有重要的意义.讨论了空气压缩机节能的主要影响因素,提出采用IFC流量控制器对空气压缩机系统进行改善.与常规的变频空气压缩机进行了对比,结果表明节能改造后空气压缩机系统的压力降低,电力节能效果显著.Air compressor is an important power of textile mill,and is one of the largest power consumption equipment. In order to reduce energy consumption,it is significant to take energy saving measures on the air compressor system . In this paper,the main fac-tors influencing the energy-saving of air compressor are discussed. The IFC flow controller is proposed for improving the air compressor system,comparing with the conventional variable frequency air compressor,the results show that the pressure of air compressor system is reduced,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
