自动化专业生产实习教学改革的探索与思考

摘　　要：生产实习是自动化专业本科教学活动中一个很重要的实践环节。结合近几年来我院生产实习的具体情况,针对传统生产实习过程中存在的不足,按照高素质创新型人才培养目标的要求,从实习前的准备、实习基地建设、实习指导教师队伍建设等几方面对自动化专业生产实习改革进行了探索。事实证明,生产实习的质量得到明显提高。During the undergraduate course of students of specialty of automation,production practice is a very important step.Aiming at solving the disadvantage of the traditional production practice procedure,consulting the actual situation of production practice in recent years,the paper does some exploration to reformation the production practice for the specialty of automation through the researching of practice preparing,practice base building and practice teacher cultivating,to satisfy the requirements of the cultivation of high quality innovative talents.All the facts prove that the practice quality is improved obviously.
