摘　　要：本文从我校电工学课程的教学现状,针对以往学生在学习过程中存在的问题,结合自身的教学体会,提出了如何进行教学内容、教学方法、教学手段以及实验课程的教学改革方式;同时对过去考核方式中存在的缺陷提出了有效的改进方法,实现了教与学的很好互动,大大提高了教学效果。Based on the recent situation of the education in electrical engineering course of our university,aimed to solve the problems made by students in learning process in the last few years,combined with the personal feeling of teaching,several ways of reforming in teaching contents and teaching methods have been discussed in this paper.At the same time,some effective methodologies have also been mentioned to deal with the disadvantages in the past assessments,which achieve a better interaction between teaching and learning,and a very good result has been obtained.
