摘　　要：分析了综合环境经济核算的国际经验,综述了我国综合环境经济核算的最新研究和实践进展,建议我国要加快完善核算技术方法体系,继续深入开展试点研究,加快建设完善的核算制度,适应国际潮流,建立与国际接轨的综合环境经济核算制度。争取用10~15年的时间基本建立完善的综合环境经济核算制度。In this paper, the international experiences in integrated environmental and economic accounting are described and the latest development of relevant researches and practices in China is reviewed. Then, recommendations for the future work are proposed including acceleration of improving the accounting methodology system, continual development of local pilot studies, speedup of establishing a sound accounting system so as to adapt to the international trend, and establishment of a system of integrated environmental and economic aecounting（SEEA） attaining the international standards. It is envisaged that a sound SEEA will be basically built up within 10 to 15 years.
