摘　　要：主要考虑制造商同时提供两种可变价格替代易逝品的销售,基于对供应链采取分散和集中决策的两种方法,探讨采用回购合同契约模型来约束制造商和经销商的关系,实现供应链最优,使得整条供应链更加协调、稳固.In this paper,considering the manufacturer to offer both variable-price alternative to sell perishable goods,take two approaches based on decentralized and centralized decisionmaking in the supply chain,to explore the relationship in a contract model to constrain contract manufacturers and distributors,to achieve the best supply chain excellent,making the whole supply chain more coherent and stable.
