摘  要:通过5-甲基水杨醛和对氨基水杨酸(PAS)反应合成了新型席夫碱及镧配合物并表征了其结构。运用荧光光谱法研究该镧配合物和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,得出其猝灭机制为静态猝灭、在不同温度下镧配合物与BSA的结合常数、结合位点数以及热力学参数,而其相互作用力类型为氢键和范德华力。抑菌实验表明镧配合物的抑菌能力明显大于阴性对照及配体组,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌能力大于大肠杆菌,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的镧配合物最低抑菌浓度分别为6.25μg/mL、3.13μg/mL。5-Methyl-salicylaldehyde-4-aminosalicylicacid schiff base and its lanthanum complex were synthesized,and the structure of lanthanum complex was characterized.The interaction between the complex and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was investigated by fluorescence spectra.And their binding constant,number of binding sites and type of binding force were obtained at different temperatures.The quenching mechanism of BSA with complex was a static quenching procedure,and type of the binding force belonged to Van Der Waals force and hydrogen bonding.The bacteriostatic ring test showed that lanthanum complex could inhibit escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.And its bacteriostatic activity was better than the groups of negative control and schiff base ligand.The MICs of lanthanum complex inhibiting escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were 6.25μg/mL and 3.13μg/mL,respectively.
