Absence and Construction: A Pattern Study on the Key Ability Training of Adult Education in Vocational Education——Taking Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College as an Example

摘  要:对高职成人教育关键能力培养现状和问题进行分析,揭示成人教育关键能力培养价值观存在认识误区、研究成果缺失。认为"关键能力"是成人学习者"自我实现"的重要能力,并对卫生行业关键能力进行了分析和定位。阐释了成人教育关键能力培养的理论基础和培养模式构建策略,强调推进成人教育关键能力培养,要整体推进关键能力课程体系构建,突出关键能力课程结构功能;系统化构建教法体系,改革关键能力培养的教学观念;构建自我学习模式,推进学习者自学能力和岗位核心能力发展;改革关键能力评价模式和机制,创设"情境",强化"做中学"。研究试图为高职成人教育改革发展提供新的视野。This paper analyzes the key abilities of vocational adult education training status and problems,revealing misunderstanding on the cultivation values and lack of research achievements on the key abilities of adult education. It shows the"key abilities"is important for the self-realization of adult learners,in addition,it analyzes and explains the key abilities in health industry. The paper further explains the theoretical basis of key abilities of adult education and the construction strategy of training mode,emphasizes on promoting the key ability of adult education,to construct the key competence curriculum system to promote the overall ability and highlight the key function of curriculum structure; systematically constructing the teaching system,and cultivating key ability of teaching approaches; constructing self-learning mode as well as promoting the development of learners' self-learning ability and core competence;reforming the evaluation mechanism of key ability,creating"context"and strengthening"doing in learning". The research tries to provide a new perspective on adult education reform and development.
