欧洲学分转换系统对我国成人教育的启示及促进机制研究

摘　　要：我国现行成人教育学分转换系统存在学校、法律、财政等方面的制度缺失。鉴于欧洲学分转换系统的突出运行优势,即开放的教育理念支持、健全的法律制度保障、充足的财政资金支持及完备的网络管理系统,我国成人教育应当认识到学分转换制度是时代所需、学分转换需统一学分标准、学分转换需固定模式支持及学分转换需稳健机制推动。同时提出从公开课程信息与完善选课制度、逐层践行与实现学分累积与转换、加大对学分文件系统的开发力度及健全学分转换系统的保障机制等方面优化我国成人教育学分转换系统。The current system of adult education in our country exist institutional imperfection in the school,law,finance and other aspects. In view of the outstanding operational advantages of the European credit transfer system,which are the open education ideal support,the sound legal system guarantee,the sufficient financial support and complete network management system. The adult education in our country should realize that credit transfer system is the need of era,which requires a unified credit standard,the support of fixed pattern and a steady mechanism to guarantee its development. At the same time,it puts forward the ways to optimize credit transfer system of adult education in our country from the aspects below： proclaiming the course information and improving the elective system,realizing and implementing the credit accumulation and transfer system step by step,increasing development intensity of credit file system as well as improving the guarantee mechanism of credit transfer system.
