摘　　要：目的运用工作家庭冲突量表(Work-Family Conflict,WFC)对昆明市官渡区的普通职业人群进行调查,以研究工作家庭冲突对职业人群生理健康和心理健康的影响。方法在对官渡区2 647名职业人群进行横断面调查的基础上,运用logistic回归分析工作家庭冲突对不同性别职业人群身心健康可能产生的影响。结果普通职业人群工作家庭总冲突、工作致家庭冲突和家庭致工作冲突对职业男性和职业女性的身心健康状况都有一定的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论工作家庭冲突已经对普通职业人群的身心健康状况产生一定影响;建议针对该人群制定相应的干预措施,平衡工作和家庭之间的关系,以期提高他们的职业生命质量。[Objective]To investigate the general occupational population in Guandu District of Kunming City by the Work-Family Conflict（WFC）scale,study the influence of work-family conflict on physical health and mental health of occupational population.[Methods]A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2 647 occupational people in Guandu District of Kunming City.The logistic regression was used to analyze the influence of WFC on physical health and mental health in males and females.[Results]Among general occupational population,the total work-family conflict,work-to-family conflict and family-to-work conflict were significantly associated with poor physical and mental health in both men and women（P〈.01）.[Conclusion]The work-family conflict is related to poor health function in general occupational population.It suggested that the relevant intervention measures should be formulated according to this population,to balance the relationship between work and family,and improve their quality of working life.
