摘 要:目的了解医学院校本科生对学校人文社会科学课程效果的评价,以便更好地对人文社会科学课程进行改进。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,自行设计问卷进行调查。使用SPSS 16.0对数据进行描述分析、χ2检验和二分类logistics回归分析。结果 722名调查对象中,对学校人文社会科学课程教学效果的评价满意度为45.0%。χ2检验结果显示,对人文社会科学课程的作用、课程是否需要贯穿整个学习阶段及课时持不同态度的学生对学校人文社会科学课程效果评价的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);二分类logistics回归分析显示,调查对象对人文社会科学课程的作用、课程是否需要贯穿整个学习阶段及课时的态度均是对学校人文社会科学课程效果评价的重要因素(均P<0.01)。结论学生对该校人文社会科学课程的效果评价不高,改善人文科社课程教学方式,加大其在培养学生人文素养方面作用重大的宣传迫在眉睫。[Objective]To learn the evaluation of effect of humanities and social science courses from medical college students,improve humanities and social science courses.[Methods]The samples were collected by the stratified cluster random sampling,and the survey was performed by the self-designed questionnaire.The descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test and binary logistics regression analysis were conducted with SPSS 16.0.[Results]Among 722 respondents,the satisfaction on the effect of humanities and social science courses was 45.0%.The results of chi-square test showed that differences in evaluation results of effect of humanities and social science courses were statistically significant among students with different attitudes to role of humanities and social science courses,whether the courses should offer throughout the learning phase,and class hour(P〈.01).Binary logistics regression analysis revealed that respondents' attitudes to role of humanities and social science courses,whether the courses should offer throughout the learning phase,and class hour were the important facts in evaluation of the effect of humanities and social science courses(P 0.01).[Conclusion]The students are not satisfied with the effect of humanities and social science courses in this medical college.It is urgent to improve the teaching methods of humanities and social courses,and increase the publicity on the significance of the courses on promoting students' humanistic quality.
