摘 要:低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症是由于下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotrophin releasing hormone,GnRH)脉冲分泌障碍所致。GnRH脉冲泵可以模拟生理性GnRH分泌脉冲,显著提高患者促性腺激素水平,促使性腺发育,分泌性激素及配子生成,使患者获得生育能力。睾丸初始体积大于4m L是生精治疗成功的有利因素。与促性腺激素治疗相比,在促进患者性腺发育及获得生育能力方面效果更优,并且发生男性乳房发育和卵巢过度刺激的风险较低。至于联合GnRH脉冲治疗与促性腺激素治疗效果是否优于单独进行其中一种治疗,仍需要今后的进一步研究。Lower gonadotropin sex gonad hypofunction disease is due to the hypothalamus gonadotropin-releasing hormone (gonadotrophin releasing hormone, GnRH) caused by pulse secretion disorder. GnRH pulse pump can simulate physiological GnRH secretion pulse, significantly improve the level of patients with gonadotropin, prompt development, and secrete hormones and gamete formation, give patients fertility. Initial testicular volume greater than 4 mL is born pure favorable factors for the treatment of success. Compared with gonadotropin therapy, patients got better development and fertility promotion effect, and lower the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation. Whcthe joint GnRH pulse therapy with gonadotropin therapy effect is better than the single, single one still needs further study in the future.
