摘 要:基于叠层压电陶瓷的压电直线电机有望应用于光波导封装等高新技术领域,已有的研究中电机性能有待提高。为此提出一种三相驱动交替步进压电直线电机。分析其工作机理,从理论上对比三相方波三角波(两路反相方波与一路三角波)电压信号与四相正弦波电压信号驱动下电机的输出特性,分析预压力对电机工作情况的影响,采用有限元方法对电机夹持结构进行刚度分析。根据分析结果设计了电机结构并制作了样机,通过实验测试了样机的机械性能,验证了该原理方案的可行性。在峰峰值为100V,频率为100Hz的三相方波三角波、四相正弦波电压信号驱动下,该电机的最大速度分别为0.502,0.432mm/s,最大推力分别为4.63,3.73N。文中提出的电机性能得到了提升。The piezoelectric linear motor based on piezoelectric ceramic stack has a potential application in high-tech fields such as optical waveguide packaging. Mechanical properties of piezoelectric linear motors in the existing researches still need to be improved. A three-phase driving alternate stepping piezoelectric linear motor was proposed. The operation principle of this novel linear motor was analyzed. The motor's output characteristics driven by three-phase square and triangular waves(two square waves with contrary phase and a triangular wave) were theoretically compared to the situation when it was driven by four-phase sine waves. The impact of preload on the motor was analyzed. The holding structure stiffness was analyzed using the finite element method. Based on the analysis results, a prototype was fabricated and its mechanical properties were tested which proves that the principle is feasible. When the motor is driven by three-phase square and triangular waves and four-phase sine waves at a voltage of 100V(peak to peak value), and frequency of 100Hz, the speed without load are 0.502mm/s and 0.432mm/s and the maximum output forces are 4.63N and 3.73N. The mechanical properties of the motor have been improved.
