金龙胶囊联合TEC方案在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察金龙胶囊联合TEC方案（环磷酰胺＋表柔比星＋多西他赛）在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效及安全性。方法将201年2月至2014年8月本院收治的192例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者分为观察组（金龙胶囊联合新辅助化疗）和对照组（常规新辅助化疗）,每组各96例。两组患者化疗周期均为3周,完成4个化疗周期后行手术治疗。评估两组患者疗效、生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为84.38%,对照组为56.25%,两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.001）。治疗后观察组患者生存质量明显提高,与对照组相比差异具有显著性（P〈0.001）。观察组患者治疗前后白细胞计数比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,对照组患者治疗后白细胞计数较治疗前降低（P〈0.001）。两组患者治疗后消化系统不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐,观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（χ^2=14.047,P=0.001）。结论金龙胶囊联合TEC方案可明显提高乳腺癌治疗效果,减轻患者化疗后引起的消化系统不良反应,对提高患者化疗后的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and security induced by Jin Long Capsule（JLC）combined with TEC regimen（cyclophosphamide ＋ epirubicin ＋ docetaxel） in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer.Method A total of 192 patients who had stages Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ breast cancer from February 2011 to August 2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group（JLC combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy） and control group（conventional neo-adjuvant chemotherapy）,96 cases in each group.The chemotherapy cycle was 3 weeks equally.Surgical treatment was performed after 4 cycles of chemotherapy.The efficacy,life quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result The effective rate of observation group was 84.38%,and control group was 56.25%,the difference was significant（P〈 0.001）.After treatment,the life quality of patients in observation group was significantly improved,compared with control group,the difference was significant（P〈 0.001）.There was no significant difference in white blood cell count before and after treatment in observation group（P 〉0.05）,and the white blood cell count was decreased after treatment in control group（P〈 0.001）.The digestive system adverse reactions of two groups of patients after treatment were nausea,vomiting and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group（x^2 = 14.047,P = 0.001）.Conclusion The application of JLC combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce the poisonous side effects of chemotherapy,thereby improving the life quality of patients.
