摘　　要：20世纪70年代末以来,我国的经济体制由计划经济向市场经济转型,随着经济转型的阶段性发展与国内外经济环境变化,企业投融资方式经历了"拨改贷""贷改投""债转股""引进来"与"走出去"等诸多方式,朝着逐步明晰投资主体权益、拓宽投融资渠道的方向变迁。Since 1970＇s,the economic system in our country has experienced the transition from planning to the market. Along with the stage development of the transition and the changes of the economic environments both domestic and overseas,the enterprise financing models have also undergone the changes through variable ways,say ＂grant to loan swap＂,＂debt to equity swap＂,＂bring in and go out strategy＂and so on,towards to the direction of identifying the rights and interests of the investment subject and expanding the channels both of investment and financing gradually.
