摘　　要：复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)属于中医"口疮"范畴。目前西药对该病的治疗缺乏特效药物。中医认为该病可辨为心脾积热、阴虚火旺等证。中医在治疗RAU上显示出了一定的优势,只要辨证准确都可取得肯定疗效。本文从RAU的病因病机、中医药的内外治法等方面进行论述。Recurrent aphthous ulcer belong to the category of＂aphtha＂of traditional Chinese medicine.Western medicine treatment of the disease is still a lack of specific drugs.TCM holds that the disease can contend for accumulation of heart and spleen,fire excess from yin deficiency and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RAU showed some advantages,as long as the dialectical accurate can obtain certain cura-tive effect. This article from the etiology and pathogenesis of he,the internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine related in this paper.
