摘 要:目的调查成批特重度烧伤患者收治期间护士工作压力源。方法采用护士工作压力源量表,对某次爆炸事故中成批收治特重度烧伤患者期间参与特级护理的38名护士进行调查。结果成批特重度烧伤患者收治期间护士工作压力较大,最主要的压力源是"工作量及时间分配",最主要的压力源条目是"经常倒班";不同护龄的护士在"工作量及时间分配"维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论收治成批特重度烧伤患者期间护士压力较高,应重视护士的压力源,采取针对性策略,建立护理工作量、患者病情与护理人力匹配的护理管理制度,缓解特殊情境下护士的压力,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate job stressors of nurses during caring for a batch of extraordinarily severe burn patients. Methods A questionnaire in- vestigation was conducted on 38 nurses caring a batch of extraordinarily severe burn patients. Results Nurses'job stress during caring for a batch of extraordinar- ily severe bum patients was high. One of the main job stressors was workload and time distribution. The main pressure source was frequent shifts, Nurses with dif- ferent working time showed different scores in the stressors of workload and time distribution (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nurses have high job stress during caring for a batch of extraordinarily severe burn patients. Nursing managers should pay attention to the job stressors, and adopt corresponding strategies and set up man- agement system according to nursing workload, patients and nursing human resources as well. Besides, refinement process also should be made to alleviate the pressure of nurses in special situation and to improve the quality of nursing.
