摘 要:目的调查综合医院男护士心理健康与工作满意度现状,为男护士管理提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表和工作满意度量表调查武汉市2所三级甲等综合医院59名男护士的心理健康状况和工作满意度,并进行统计分析。结果男护士症状自评量表中"躯体化"、"强迫"和"精神病性"因子得分高于常模(P<0.05);工作满意度中"工资及福利"和"工作被认可"因子得分最低,"与同事关系"和"管理"因子得分最高。结论男护士心理健康水平低于常模,对薪资福利满意度较低,认为护理工作不被认可,应提高男护士心理健康水平及工作满意度,稳定男护士队伍。Objective To investigate the situation of mental health and work satisfaction of male nurses .Methods By using SCL -90 and work satisfaction questionnaires to investigate the mental health and work satisfaction of 59 male nurses in two tertiary hospitals in Wuhan city ,and using SPSS 22 .0 to analyze the data .Results The score of &quot;somatization&quot;,&quot;obsessive&quot; and &quot;psychosis&quot; was significantly higher than&amp;nbsp;normal (P〈0 .05) .For the work satisfaction ,male nurse gave the lowest score to &quot;salary&quot;and&quot;value&quot;,and gave the high‐est score to &quot;co-worker relationship&quot;and&quot;management&quot;.Conclusion Male nurses surfer from a lower metal health level , they were not satisfied with the salary ,and they didn&#39;t think they were respected in working place .Steps should be taken to change the situation to stabilize the cohort of male nurse .
