摘　　要：公共图书馆作为文化教育的特殊机构,在促进社会文明发展方面有着极其重要的作用。阐述了公共图书馆图书馆员素质建设的重要性,并以大庆市图书馆为例,提出了提升图书馆员素质的有效途径。The public library, being as a special organization of cultural education, plays a very important role in promoting the development of social civilization. This paper expounds the importance of the quality construction of the librarians in public library, and taling Daqing Library as an example, puts forward some effective paths for improving librarians＇ quality.
