摘　　要：分析国内高校外语教学资源库的建设现状与不足,根据常熟理工学院实际的教学需求,为推进数字化校园建设,整合优秀的教学资源并实现共建共享。基于校园网设计并构建外语教学资源库,从而为师生提供内容丰富的教学资源,有利于促进教学模式的改革与提高教学质量,为外语教学从课堂讲授到课后自主学习提供了良好的教学环境。Analysis on construction status and defi ciency of the foreign language teaching resource library in domestic university. According to the need of the practical teaching in our university, in order to promotedigital campus construction, integrate excellent teaching resources and realize construction and sharing, the paper design and constructthe foreign language teaching resource library based on campus network, thus for provide rich teaching resourcesfor teachers and students. It helps to promote the teaching mode reform and improve teaching quality, and provides a good environment for teaching and learningto be foreign language teaching from classroom instruction to autonomous Learning after class.
