摘　　要：以2015年之前上市的创业板及中小板制造业企业为样本,从研发投入强度和专利申请量两方面研究天使投资对企业创新活动的影响。研究发现:(1)天使投资参与能够显著提高企业的研发投入强度,并且对发明专利申请量有显著的促进作用,而对实用新型和外观专利申请量没有显著影响;(2)天使投资存续时间越长,企业研发投入强度越大,发明专利申请量也越高,但对实用新型专利和外观专利申请量没有显著影响。Using data of Chi-Next-listed and GEM-listed manufacturing enterprise＇s before 2015, this paper studies the influence of angel investment on enterprises＇ innovation activities from the perspective of RD intensity and number of patent application. The studying findings are as follows： Angel investment can significantly promote enterprise＇s RD intensity and the number of invention patent application, but has no significant influence on the number of utility patent or appearance patent application. The more the duration of angel investment, the higher the RD intensity and the number of invention patent application. But it has no significant influence on the number of utility patent or appearance patent application.
